Our primary focus is to ensure that transporting your pets is a seamless and stress-free experience. Additionally, we strive for simplicity in our rate plans, making the entire process straightforward. Ruff Ryderz requests a 50% deposit to secure your preferred dates for your transport scheduling. The remaining 50% will be due upon delivery of your beloved Pets. If your circumstances happen to change and you find yourself needing to reschedule, worry not! We are more than happy to accommodate these changes for you. If you change your transportation arrangement within ten days of the initially selected date, a rescheduling fee of 10% will be applicable. If you cancel your transport within one week before its scheduled departure, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total transport cost will apply. Please note that once the carrier has been dispatched from its base of origin, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund. At Ruff Ryderz, we care for everything your pets need except food. We provide complimentary essentials like water, bedding, bowls, litter and litter pans, and more. No extra cost, just peace of mind knowing your furry friends are taken care of. Ruff Ryderz welcomes Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash, and Google Pay payments.
